OUR COMMUNITY
Salem Village is an exciting and family-friendly neighborhood located in West Fayetteville. Founded in 1998, this planned community is within walking distance of a great elementary and middle school and features many wonderful amenities for our residents.
Our row houses feature a common design, yet each home has its own unique look. Within our cul-de-sacs, you'll find green spaces, a playground, and a community pool. Our private streets are lined with sidewalks and streetlamps, perfect for walking your dog or taking a jog. As for public schools, we are zoned for Holcomb Elementary, Holt Middle School, Ramay Junior High, and Fayetteville High.

OUR COVENANTS
When you join the Salem Village Property Owners Association you formally agree to the most current Declaration of Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions. The purpose of this is to enhance and protect the value, attractiveness, and desirability of our homes and lots.
