PAYING YOUR DUES
Pay your dues and see your balance online at payhoa.com
Homeowners within Salem Village are required to pay annual POA dues. Dues are invoiced in January and are due by the end of April. This allows the homeowner/resident to have access to amenities, specifically the community pool.
Failure to pay dues on time may result in fines, lost pool access, and a lien on the property.
